Corporate class service for lump sum programs!

An Experienced Relocation Consultant You Can Count On

Welcome to Quality Relocation Services, LLC!

Quality Relocation Services, LLC (QRS) is a relocation management firm that specializes in assisting companies with their employee relocation needs. QRS has developed a move management program to meet the requirements of a company that has not established any formal relationship with a van line to move their employee’s
household goods.

Our program can complement lump sum and moving allowance policies. Along with offering competitive rates, the employee/new hire will receive enhanced service, as our van line partners will treat their relocation as ‘corporate class’.

The employee will be assigned a QRS move management counselor who will assist them throughout the course of the move, with the goal of providing quality service along with making the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

QRS Move Management Program

QRS offers a Move Management Program for a company that does not have a formal relationship with a van line agent and who may leave the relocating employee the responsibility of obtaining their own moving estimates.

Selecting a moving company over the internet can be a challenging process for the employee in finding a legitimate and capable mover. QRS can refer the employee to a number of major van lines that have a solid history and reputation of providing quality moving services.

QRS will assign a move management counselor to assist the employee in the move process from start to finish. The counselor will act as a resource for any information that they may need and as an advocate throughout the move.

On the initial call, our counselor will interview the employee to determine their needs and inform them about the moving process. They will then forward the employee’s contact information onto the selected movers to arrange moving cost estimates.

After completing the estimates, the movers will forward copies to the QRS counselor who will check them for accuracy, completeness, and inclusiveness of the services the employee requires. The counselor will then forward the estimates to the employee and company for review and approval.

Upon selection of a company, QRS will follow up with the employee to discuss the decision, review the service requirements, and finalize the requested dates. The counselor will then communicate to the selected mover any decisions, concerns, and date requests in setting up the move.

The selected moving company will assign their own customer service person that will be the primary contact for the employee in coordinating the details of the move. The QRS counselor will make a series of calls on pack, load, and delivery days to make sure that all is going well. If at any time the service is less than expected, it will be the QRS counselor’s responsibility for getting the move back on track.

Upon completion of the move, the QRS counselor will assist the employee in resolving any claim issues that may arise as a result of damaged goods in the move. Finally, the counselor will also audit the van line invoice for the cost of the move to make sure that it is accurate and matches up with the original estimate before forwarding it to the company for payment.

Moving Companies

QRS has developed agreements with many of the major van lines that allow us to pass on competitive rates for long-distance moving through volume discounts to both the company and employee. QRS does not charge the company a fee for our service. QRS derives its revenue from the van lines through its agreements.

Along with competitive rates, the agreements also contain service enhancements that add value to the company. A number of these provisions can be included in the long-distance moving agreements:

  • Option for Replacement Cost Protection at no or reduced cost

  • Guaranteed Not to Exceed Pricing Option

  • Guaranteed Pickup and Delivery Dates

  • Compensation for Late Pickup and Delivery

  • Shorter Windows for Pickup and Delivery

  • Expedited Claims Processing

  • Invoice Auditing

Long-distance moves arranged through the QRS program receive corporate-class status from the moving companies. These long-distance moves are prioritized as they are considered one in a series of moves.

The moving companies provide enhanced customer service support, as they don’t want to jeopardize losing future business by providing poor service. The company will receive this level of service from our moving partners regardless of the number of moves that it may have.

We offer both open and enclosed service. QRS will provide a full customer service function from pickup to delivery. Each vehicle will be tracked as it moves from origin to destination, and our counselor will keep in touch with the employee as to the status of the shipment.
